i stayed again on the same room 219 I stayed in the same room. The hotel is excellent. As always. This is my favourite property in Hazrat Ganj Lucknow. One small issue that on the same room 219. The water loging in shower cabinet is still there which was two month earlier also, but I don't have any problem. I strongly recommend this hotel.

They are centrally located in Hajratgang at Tribune chowk. Parking is both outside n basement. Outside it's for 10 cars. Hadn't seen basement one. Gurads present for help always. It's gated and guarded. There is no Xray machine checking of luggage. There are 2 lifts which are not linked to room card key for security purpose. Service is excellent. Room is good and spacious. Sitting area beside window is very good idea. Washroom is small and shows that's it's old here and there. They don't provide shampoo and hair conditioner. They provide body wash only which can be used as shampoo as per the label. Body Moisturizer is given in a small bottle only which I find inconvenient to use.No bathroom slippers. Linen is clean and fresh. Mattress is on softer side which I don't like. Water flow is good in washroom, though the washbasin in our room was slow in draining the water which caused inconvenience. 24/7 hot water. AC is excellent and you can't go below 20.5 C. At midnight they stop ac for approximately half hour which is irritating. They provide 2 litres complimentary water though are liberal in providing extra water. No door or bathroom mat, though they provide extra bathroom floor towel on being asked for. Refrigerator is provided. Hair dryer is present Kettle n accessories are present. We didn't try the restaurant. Overall very nice stay with few teething issues.

The restaurent manager has to improve his behave. Today during breakfast time I asked him to pack two banana for my 18 months old daughter. But he denied to pack banana caused of high occupancy. I was very socked he don’t know how to treat Guest of 4star hotel and so called ITC member Fortune park bbd. I request management to at least make sure about the hotel staff behaviour who are working on higher post of hotel.

Food was awesome. Our server staff was Sunderam who made sure that we get hot food at the table only. Other female staffs were also very good in handling our requests. Housekeeping staff Kaiti was very responsible and attentive to our requests. Floor supervisor Dhruv was also very attentive. Check in and check outs were very smooth.
