Review Of HOTEL LEGEND INN

The property location is good but the hotel is not at all hygienic. -Hair particles on Bed Sheet -Dry potty stains on Faucets -Not much guest amenities -Poor room services -ordered Tea at 0730am in the morning and got a reply from room service that milk is finished. -Not much variety of Breakfast options in Buffet. -Floors are dirty in the room and in the main lobby - hand smears on Lift glasses and not cleaned from almost 1 month

Facilities are very good and staff are very cooperative

Hotel staff behaviour was very humble and hotel amenities services and hotel property in very good location

Check in was smooth. Location was decent. Wardrobe had one cockroach but not big deal I suppose. Breakfast was average. Room size was small for 3 adults and they had mattress and not movable bed. Overall stay was pleasant. They have huge parking and friendly room services.

The room was fine bt they shld provide extra towels as no hand towel was provided. Food was good bt brkfst menu is really a strickler, also didnt get 2 items when i hd asked for it & waited on the table for half an hr

The bed sheet which was there on the bed was not a fresh one. I had asked the house keeping to change. The white covering cloth sheet comfort(blanket) was also not changed. Morning breakfast, the spread was very poor. Multiple dishes of same items has been prepared. Overall not happy with the hotel as of now

Restaurant service was not up to the mark poor breakfast variety room was nice staff at reception was ok ok location was ok but people were drinking in front of hotel ground in groups.

They have zero literacy, they dont know how to talk to customers. Very bad experience.

Well maintained Deluxe Room and Suite; food OK and available timely; Sufficient Parking Space (in front, at owner’s risk).

Room Service was awesome but the Front desk guy at the time of Check out in very early morning was Not good at all, He should at least take some lessons on How to deal courteously with Guests

It was a good and pleasant stay. I stayed with my family. The front office and other people received very well
