I have to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which I can only describe as the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. The issues began immediately upon my arrival and continued until the early hours of the morning. I was forced to switch rooms four times, ultimately giving up around 2 AM because I could not find a single room that met basic standards. Across these rooms, I experienced a non-functional air conditioning unit in every instance, a broken television in one, a complete lack of mobile network coverage in another, and in a separate room, the internet was not working. This meant I was unable to sleep throughout the entire night due to the unbearable heat.
Beyond the room issues, the hygiene in the lobby was noticeably poor, further contributing to a truly pathetic overall experience. What was equally frustrating was the lethargic response from your staff. Despite their assurances that they would address the problems, there was a complete lack of follow-up. I was the one constantly chasing updates and initiating communication, but ultimately, I received no resolution or meaningful response from the hotel staff. It became too late in the night, and I was exhausted and simply had to give up. Given this extremely disappointing experience, I would never recommend your hotel to anyone.
