The hotel is superb and the facilities meet to 5 star ⭐️ level as well as foods qualities are really amazing specially fries rice i would suggest those who are travelling from delhi to lycknow or towards of bihar n all please make your stay destination

it was a short stay was good. good food. good service except they were having a diiwali party and I needed someone to help with luggage and it was delayed. rest all good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was decent. The hotel is nice and the rooms are quite spacious. I had booked the stay, but unfortunately, the amenities listed on for the selected room did not match what was actually provided. Basic essentials like handwash and facewash were missing from the room, which was disappointing—especially considering that this is not a very cheap hotel. These amenities are expected at this price point. The food was just average – not bad, but nothing great either. The hotel definitely needs to improve its service standards and, more importantly, ensure that the information listed accurately reflects what is actually offered. Transparency would help avoid confusion and improve guest satisfaction.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate the overall experience as average. The location of the property is convenient and easily accessible, which was a plus. The ambience was decent – nothing too fancy, but clean and well-maintained. Food options were okay, though a bit on expensive side. They charged Rs 60 for 1 litre water. Drinking Water should be free or optional. The service was satisfactory. Staff were polite but response time could have been quicker and smarter. especially regarding essential things such as water and toiletries. Until you will not ask, they will not provide you. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement in a few areas specially in services. --- Let me know if you want to make it more formal, casual, or add any specific details.

Doesn’t seem like a 4 star. Would not recommend as it doesn’t have any such facilities and is not kept clean. There are other better places in Lucknow city.

I strongly suggest for corporate people who visits rdso. Its near, it's well maintained and with good ambience, worth for money. More over without traffic i could reach rd-so in 15mins max. Good hotel

Room service was not good. Tv and ac remote were not functional. Washroom flush was not functional.
