Perfect stay
Overall a good experience , rooms were nice spacious enough , staff behaviour was decent enough only bad thing was prices of fooding was way above the expectations

Terrible Stay
It was the worst experience of my life. In the middle of the night the ac stopped working. The staff was not at all cooperating. The breakfast was also not good. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Very good hotel in all aspect like food, cleanliness, staff behaviour, ambience. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues

Nice stay for short time
Perfectly located at prime city center. But quite far from Lucknow central station. Staffs are good and we got late check out also as it was available. Breakfast was included and all food items were good as per the price. One of our room had some issues with AC but they had changed the room immediately.

Good staff, good behaviour, only problem was a not user friendly ac console in room.For every adjustment,a person had to be called.Good part is whenever required,a boy reached to adjust.
