Very nice and staff was very polite and supportive. It was easy to reach hotel. Refreshments and welcoming drinks were good

Firstly when I got into the room the bedsheet was dirty and the fright doesn’t even have water and no snacks where there at all like it was not the deluxe room

The rooms were not timely ready. And also, while checking out the bills got posted a little bit late, we had to wait a lot

No doubt the hotel was quite nice room was good but the services and the staff wasn’t aware that what’s there duty to do and why they’re getting paid? I called the in room dining and asked them to bring me some ice cubes and when even after 15 mins I didn’t received it I called them again and then again after 10 min they got me the ice almost after 40 minutes and okay I was like fine it happens sometimes they might be busy but after 3-4 hours I received the call on my number and there was some network issue so I got up and walked out from the room to take that call and room got locked and that was my mistake obviously I went to front desk (reception) asked them to send someone whoever can unlock it they told me to wait upstairs and they’ll send someone I waited for 30 mins not a single staff I went back to the reception told them to send someone immediately I waited there until someone walked up with me and then they got my room unlocked after 40-50 mins hoping they won’t repeat these things again .

I love the morning breakfast the hotel is in Prime Location of Lucknow easily accessible to the DLF and market area ... love the hotel

Feedback on My Stay (Room No. 609) The reception experience was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, upon checking into my room (No. 609), I found that it had not been cleaned properly. Shockingly, with cigarette ashes, which indicates very poor housekeeping standards. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel stay. On a positive note, the food served at the hotel was good. Overall, despite good reception service and food, my experience was unsatisfactory due to the extremely poor room cleaning. The housekeeping standards need major improvement.

The Review is average due to the mis management of the Front desk staff . it's looks like they are not properly trained. There is delay in check-in and delay in Check out

This hotel is not a business hotel; I have requested for egg preparation during first day of complementary breakfast, they are not able to bring the boiled egg after accepting my order. during day 2 regarding egg preparation, they told eggs quality is not good and denied. I have requested for cartulary they told per empty plate charge . Rooms are noisy there is no sound proofing inside the room. Strongly not recommending not to stay in this pathetic property.

I Came here 4 time till now .The staff management is very poor .There is no coordination.The front office staff are very slow and management Although the rooms are good but rating down due to front office management handling things. In stade of no one at the front office it has taken 15 mins for Check out .Very rude behaviour

Facing issue of Wi-Fi at the time of stay, please provide a hand towel, moisturizer and shaving gel including razer, this will increase our experience. Rest food is awesome.

Hospitality and Service is good and all staff are Co operative specially Chef. I enjoyed my stay here. Like to stay here again.
