Room is awesome, cleanliness is superb, food is also good but restaurant foods prices are slightly higher and main thing I liked is they can allow online delivery to hotel.

Comfortable homelike stay
Humble,polite staff. Special mention to Ravi from HK. Everything perfect except for hotel turning off AC in the night and making it difficult to sleep. Other than that all is just fab.

It's Was Amazing Stay For Two Nights This Property. Room Was Good In Size and Comfortable Feel. Hotel Staff Service Also As Per Time. Restaurants Entire Staff Special thanks to Ms. Gaytri and Mr. Danish Who's Serve Me Both Night Dinner Buffet and Choice Of Starters. Both Days I took Dinner Buffet it's Enough Verity. Soups to Desserts as well As Hotel Breakfast Buffet also Large Verity Including Live Paratha, South Indian and Eggs Dishes as Per Requirement. Reception Staff also Very Polite. Hotel Maintenance Team Also Supportive. I also Like Hotel Cozy Fitness Centre. Overall Entire Experience Was Amazing. It's Good For Solo Business and Family Also. Thanks Entire Team Of Hotel Mercure, Lucknow.

I initially booked a 1 day stay at this hotel and decided to extend it by 2 more days, thanks to the wonderful experience I had. This is truly one of the best budget-friendly hotels in Lucknow. The property is newly built, offering a great ambience that enhances the overall stay. A special thanks to Jasmeet for assisting me with a room upgrade — your help made a big difference. I would also like to appreciate Atanu from the housekeeping team. He is a true gentleman — attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. His dedication and professionalism reflect very well on the hotel; he is definitely an asset to Mercure. Lastly, kudos to the Mercure Hotel management for their attention to detail and for maintaining such high standards. It’s clear that even the smallest things are handled with care and precision.
