Great service and comfort

Their breakfast was an irritating, limited 1-2 option , no proper services

All staff is very cooperative, break timely read in the morning food condition is very good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room was really outstanding, but the complimentary breakfast they offer is not as good as charged. location was good. staff behaviour was really appreciated. The food was overpriced, they charged as a 5 starr hotel

The hotel is situated in a prime location, it is clean and hygienic. Food is also good. but the only issue is room service is not upto the mark, especially morning tea at room etc. are not provided timely.

Overall It's is a decent hotel, as per the price. The breakfast is nice. Food is good but very expensive. The bathroom has a hot water problem. The property is located near Charbagh station. The room has all basic amenities but a mineral water bottle is missing.

Breakfast service was good, room were clean and maintained, room service was good.. We stayed for 2 days and were supposed to get breakfast for 2 days but since we needed to leave early in the morning on the 2nd day, hotel manager allowed us to have the complementary breakfast 1 day early before we checked in.. that impressed me a lot.. Cab accessibility was also good.. cabs were allowed to come till the reception door...

The room lacked a smart TV, and the available channels were hardly useful. Room service was disappointing, and hot water was unavailable when needed. The refrigerator didn’t cool properly, and frequent electricity outages added to the frustration. Additionally, the staff was not friendly, and the overall service fell short of expectations.

The room. was clean, with good facility. the place has gardens, and beautiful backyard. The breakfast was delicious. The stay at Hotel Casa Aishbagh in Lucknow was memorable. The environment was healthy and atmosphere was comforting. Whenever I'll be back in Lucknow, the city of Nawabs, I certainly look forward to reside at Casa Aishbagh. Casa Aishbagh is certainly a place of Nawabs.

Mujhe Entry hi Nhii mili...3 days before room book Kiya...entry pr hi rok liya bole Local I'd not allowed.....ab jo jahan ka h..wahi ki to I'd dega other wise aap logon ko solution dena chahiye tha na ki customer ko wapas kar dena......mujhe mera refund chahiye hai any how.......kitni disrespect baat h..lko ke hotel aur lko ke bande ko entry nhi di... If local I'd not allowed then why not call me... direct payment leliya....Aur room bhi Nhi diya... pls gimme my refund full amount...... aur apne dricption box ko sahi Kari wahan pr Local I'd not allowed ki jagah Locan people not allowed likhna chahiye taki confusion na ho...aur meri tarah koiog is tarah victim na bne... thankyou for asking A better Review !

Not value for money deal, they charge 3 times for the normal bottle of bisleri/clear. Staffs behaviour was good but hotel was expensive as compared to their services.
