Review Of Radisson Lucknow City Center

The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was really nice, with a lot of options. But noticed that the hotel is quite old, even though the staff is doing a good job with cleaning. Also, the location of the hotel is not nice, in a narrow dark road.

The bathrooms were not maintained properly. There were leaking taps. It was not cleaned daily by the housekeeping. Food served in break fast was repetitive and was not very great

The stay was amazing. Firstly after reading the comments we were reluctant to book a stay there, but as soon as we entered; and as time passed, it turned into an amazing and a safe experience. The food quality was impressive and the place is really good for female solo travellers.

My stay was comfortable and hiccup free. The staff were professional and the location of the hotel is good

Property is in prime location But very unattended every person is lazy and very slow Secondly for breakfast is much more taken care Not upto the mark

Maine double bedding wala toom book kiya tha but single bed wala room mila ..ac proper work ni kar rhaa tha radiasion lucknow me stay mera wrong design tha

1) No welcome drink ( they did not make us feel welcomed 2) Breakfast was horrible, especially because the staff catered to your orders and were impolite ( maybe they were understaffed still no reason to do the same ) 3) No apologies as if guest are a burden

Really bad experience the toilet was outdated stinky the rooom ac was not fine everything was not up to the mark the hotel is2 star

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was very polite and supportive. The room was neat and clean. The pool was also very clean and usable. Foo quality was also good. The best part was during my early check out in the morning before breakfast, reaction guy just gave me a packet of ready to eat food packet and said "Sir aap bina breakfast ke ja rahe the to ye aap ke liye" Love it.
