The rooms were unclean The washroom was realy bad There was no shawer gel No complimentary water bottle The rooms were ok for hourly stay, for one to two' hours but no how recommended for full day night stay

very bad rooms, not cleaning, bed is very dirty and not clean.on beds blanket have blood shots on that. washroom door was broken etc

Property service was good but there was a lack of amenities. no smart tv or anything for entertainment. The bed was not good as their springs were not comfortable and it hurts your back so you can't sleep comfortably.

2 things which i didn't like about this hotel that exhaust is not there in the washroom .so it gets smelly after using it and you can't do about it .

The property was under renovation, completely dirty, corridors were full of cigarette smoke, and rooms were very dirty and had seepage issues, had to ask staff to clean the room multiple times, staff was not cooperative

Terrible room, cleanness, staff. Had worst experience at the hotel. Booked classic room. They degraded our room. Said sorry because they had already sold our room to someone else. Although we paid full on advance for the hotel room. We booked in advance even for the complementary breakfast. The sameless staff even asked payment for it. If you are family man. Never book this hotel

1.They don't have exhaust in the washroom that's why their washroom is smelly. 2. They don't provide a complimentary water bottle. water bottle will cost you 25 rs for 1 ltr. 3. They don't provide towels, although it was not needed for me but towel should be in the room. That's very basic . REST EVERYTHING IS GOOD. AFFORDABLE ✅ GOOD LOCATION ✅

The property was not at all upto the mark rooms were smelly and smaller i had booked the room for 3 days and there service was terrible we had ordered from their in kitchen still they failed to deliver the food and on calling the reception they did not respond. This kind of behaviour was absolutely not expected from a this brand.

The staff here, especially the receptionist, is very rude. I ordered food, and when the delivery person asked the receptionist to speak to me, she refused. I have viral fever and struggled to walk due to chills. The room also had stains, and despite complaining to makemytrip, they promised to change my room but never did. Is this the level of service you provide?

Charged me for my paid breakfast. I have opted for breakfast in my package but i still had to pay for it. The worst experience as they were not able to help me. Mosquitos were everywhere in the room, and the walls were dirty. They didn't provide any dental kit. I won't recommend it to anyone in future

Ac was turned off by the hotel staff at 6:30 am. Hygiene is also an issue. Room was in a run down condition. Only good thing about this property is location.

The rooms were both clean and comfortable, impressing us with their cleanliness.

Food was ok but there were huge electricity issue and key card was not working properly in the room and door lock was also not working. Room was at risk whenever i used to move out of the hotel, after informing to the reception, they didnt took any action.

The room were really good and clean. Staffs are very helpful peaceful setting.
