Room was in very bad condition, pillows has fungus and washroom was smelly

Nice Hotel located right in front of Charbagh Railway Station and behind Charbagh bus stand. Polite staff with excellent service. Awesome buffet breakfast with lots of variety and tasty food. Highly recommended.

I asked for towel at the time of checkin and 3 to 4 time asked but they provide me the towel next day at the time of checkout

Despite giving advance information to hotel manager nothing was found ready even room washroom wasn't clean, I'm the midnight hotel manager move us to another location at midnight.. The thing was also OK OK there.. No proper service

Staff was cordial. Spacious rooms and Excellent room service. Big lawn where you can sit and enjoy your evening... Over all a great experience

Food from outside of the hotel is not allowed which means one cannot do swiggy, zomato or blinkit. There was no induction, exhaust fan of the washroom was not working and the false ceiling was broken, no mosquito repellent, no hanger, not even in almirah. Setup box remote was working but the tv was not, so i don't know whether the box was recharged or not

Our stay was good. The room was small, but had all basic amenities. The day shift receptionist was courteous to help. The food ordered was tasty. Although no house restaurant available.

After booking, I was trying to contact the property regarding late check in but there was no direct number provided. When I reached the property they declined to provide any rooms, stating that they got the bookings offline and there are no rooms available. At 01:00 am I was stranded with my family looking for the alternate option. I'm still waiting for the refund. Very poor experience and unprofessional staff.

The washroom is beyond description. No water. Geyser doesn’t work. Wanted extra blanket as it was too cold. They replied’ asambhav’. Service too poor.

The rooms were different as depicted in the pictures, the cupboard didn't had handles services were improper too, free breakfast policy had only three options which were not satisfactory

Hotel is avg in looks, but staff behaviour is very nice and supportive. Room service is also good. Mmt should provide more offers in these hotels. Thank you mmt

I have not stayed here, when we entered in room the room was extremely dirty and the mouse, cockroach, mosquitoes and someone hairs was in room, and we denied the check in.
