Room size too much small and washroom so dirty and small room not clean

We have booked hotel as per picture but room just like washroom and hotel superwiser extra money charge then 1 room booked

Terrible stay. They even charged for water bottles. Washrooms were not clean.

hotel bahut hi saaf tha....or sath me vaha ka staff bhi acha hai .... washing is neat and clean.. time time pr room cleaning ke liye bhi aate hai.... hotel ki location bhi achi hai....

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and basic amenities were either missing or poorly maintained. The service was slow, and the overall experience did not match the price I paid. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality.

Md Sufiyan Manager And Abhiahek is The Best Performing person in the hotel also other staff are good behaviour with the guest's

my 4 business days staying in this hotel was a very bad experience, No WiFi in the hotel but they charge added on my bill, The toilet flush was not working and not even repaired after I informed them, the rates are very high for such facilities.

I booked hotel shimla inn but once I reached there they are asking more money and saying amount is not paid . After showing them the payment receipt and booking they have sent to a different hotel . Staff of both the hotel was extremely poor, mannerless and continuously disturbing. one of the worst i have ever seen
