Had a great experience... right from the booking via MMT , then with the interaction with the hotel staff and their professional behaviour was really good and wonderful experience...a special mention for hotel's front desk representative Ms Mahi.. she's well mannered and polite person who guided with all the right information and made sure the stay was really comfortable and good.

Worst experience in Lemontree Lucknow
Worst experience from the staff at Lemontree. I asked for an early checkin via call and the staff told via phone that extra charges will be there. Then after paying the extra money, He gave me a corner room near the Fire exit, Laundry and House keeping, who kept making noises. On top of all these issues, the room was not proper, it had a very bad smell. Then the landline and AC stopped working. I raised a complaint about these issues at the reception and both the manager and the staff behaved in a very rude manner. Then after a heated argument they changed the room but I still was not satisfied with the new room. The corridor and the main entrance of the hotel also had a foul smell. Food was ok with few options for BF. Later on, The manager informed me that early checkin within 2 hrs time is free of charge but this was not conveyes by the staff on call to me and they didn't refund the money as weĺ. I will never visit Lemontree again. Thank you!!

Terrible Stay
Rude staff at reception, customer service of hotel are liars! I’ve usually had a very good experience at a lemon tree hotels across India but this was the worst one, and I’ll definitely think twice before recommending lemon tree to anyone in the future

Hopeless hotel. MakeMyTrip also don't support guests .
AC was not working, arrogant stuff, General Manager don't care of Guests. Unprofessional employees, employees are not trained.

Average Stay
All over stay was good, property was very good, actually problem was in air conditioning, they weren’t working properly, it was too hot inside the room. There were 3 power cut outs, during my stay. No refreshments inside the fridge, also no bathroom slippers were there. Location and food was the good part.
