Situation of room was beyond dirty. So many sticky spots on the tables. Long settled Dust on chairs. Flickering lights and fans. Average food and cutlery.

Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality
had a wonderful stay at La Place Sarovar Portico. The location is perfect, right near Hazratganj metro and market, making it very convenient to explore all the famous spots like Royal Café and Sharma Ji Ki Chai. The room service was superb — prompt and efficient, even at midnight, which made our stay very comfortable. We also had a complimentary dinner buffet. While the spread had fewer items, the food quality was good. A little more variety could make it even better. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality and a prime location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lucknow.

leakage in the roof
Leakage in roof just outside my room. It’s actually a bad experience. maintenance of the property clearly needs improvement. A hotel of this standard should ensure proper waterproofing and regular upkeep.

Terrible service. Asked for sinple dental kit which got delivered 45 mins later to me room. And the staff is so casual about being late

Excellent Hotel in Central Location
We stayed here and loved it. The room and bathroom are clean, hygienic and well maintained. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is nice and sufficient. Would definitely recommend.

it did not meet sarovar 4 star standards… breakfast was average… room facilities were also average level… compared to tariff what was paid for two rooms that we booked it was below our expectations … thanks

Average Stay
Not good They charged for mini bar but it was free under my booking with MMT VEG PLATTER was free with my booking they denied. They charged us for dirty hand towel and bed sheet.
