The property’s location is excellent. It is on a very wide and quiet road which leads up to Gomti Nagar on one side and Mahanagar on the other. The rooms and super clean and large and so is the washroom.

Nice Hote
Nice Hotel. I stayed here for 4nights. Rooms are spacious but need to clean the bathroom properly because I faced a water clogging problem and water pressure. Breakfast could be better, very limited options but taste is good whatever they provide. If you don't want to in a breakfast buffet they provide you all the varieties in the room. The staff is good and very cooperative only they don't allow Auto in their premises. which is wrong because if you are travelling for very short distance Ola/uber cab does not pick the ride so you don't have any other option then Auto. So Management needs to again think about their policy. Overall a good Stay for family/couple

staff behaviour is very decent , excellent service socially ladies .I was late arrived in Lucknow and requested to pick up facility and they was quickly arranged vehicle and driver thanks to all staff of sapphire suite hotel specially Mr Manish ji.
