Great stay
We’re here for a very short stay. The hotel is definitely in premium budget category. We were met with all working amenities and clean rooms. Slightly worn out interiors but overall no concerns. Was well received by Radha at the reception. She was very helpful through out.

Terrible sleep
The property overall was quite good, and the rooms were decent in terms of cleanliness and space. However, my stay was affected by a terrible issue with the mattress and pillows. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest, and the pillows were either too flat or too hard, adding to the discomfort. Despite the positive aspects of the property, such as its location and general upkeep, the poor quality of the bedding really stood out as a major drawback. I hope management addresses this issue to improve future guests’ experience and comfort.

Good Stay
The Property Location was good and well connected with a direct road. I reached the hotel late at night but even that time all staff was available and gave full support for check-in and provided full cooperation to describe the state. They gave the proper guidance to park the car in the property. The staff was very nice and well behaved and coperate in all problems during check-in. room service was very fast and the staff was coperate at the time i call for room service.

Good experience
had a wonderful stay at Hotel Savvy Grand, Lucknow. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The staff is very polite and cooperative, always ready to assist. The location in Gomti Nagar is excellent—close to malls, offices, and metro. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant, which give the hotel a premium feel. Highly recommended for both business and family stays.

Rooms, staff behaviour and Roof top restaurant all are good l. I had a pleasant experience during my stay. My car was parked in parking area. other car damaged it and the hotel staff is not even aware of it

Poor Stay
Very cold responce responce from receptionist, No parking availble in night , All night car parked at road side in front of hotel Madhurima, No one reminded for breakfast. Worst experience, not suggesting to anyone .

blissful stay
Everything is gr8 ...with this rate it is best and the best thing is they have disc on top floor which is spacious and open and non suffocating.....copule can spend their weekend there and have full enjoyment
