Very good experience at Casaya hotel
Very good experience at Casaya , stay in twin bed room . Clean and neat room with all modern amenities. Bed mattress was not suitable for me because it’s having springs . Food spread in breakfast was too good . Room service and housekeeping staff is too much attentive and caring

Old Property with Poor Amenities – Staff Was the Only Highlight
Room 308 appears to be part of an older property that is in urgent need of major refurbishment, especially in terms of essential services. The air conditioning was extremely poor, several electrical points were non-functional, and the jet spray was installed on the incorrect side. Additionally, the commode placement—too close to the basin/vanity—made usage uncomfortable, indicating a lack of basic ergonomic consideration. On the positive side, the linens were clean and the staff was exceptionally courteous. However, it gives the impression that guests booking through MMT are allocated substandard rooms. Given the price range, there are better alternatives available nearby.

businessWhen i reached the room314, the bathroom was not cleaned and the bedsheet was already used and stained. Before check in i even asked the manager to give me a cleaned room but no response.

In a hotel multiple issue- 1- first aid box for the emergency is not available. 2- hospitality of hotel is very poor 3- big network issue in ground floor 1st floor, if you want to call then move 3rd floor or outside the hotel on road. 4- breakfast/ lunch is common in buffet.
