Terrible Stay

Asking me to stay in non ac room as its already cold in Lucknow at this time and the AC room's gyser is not working. I still took AC room as it was not cold in OCT end and i checked the geyser was working but the flow of water was very minimal, it took 28 mins exact to fill hot water. their tv was not working, their change of bedsheet was not there. i asked for another towel as this one was looking used and dirty but they said we are full right now and we don't have extra towels. basically worst hotel ever.
