It was a good stay,hotel service and food is excellent.One area they can work on is cleanliness that is not up to best standards.

services were good. food was costly so I didn't order from there. location vise also it was good. I didn't have fridge in my room not hair dryer.for the cost of 4 star the hotel should groom more. or lessen the cost for solo travellers.

Bed sheet is a little bit dirty and the electric kettle is not working also no tissue paper in the room

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was very convenient, close to markets and public transport. The room was clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. The food served was fresh and tasty. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping and room service were prompt. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Bad experience thank you makemytip also to not helping me any side very bad hotel staff behaviour for mmt customer not good and restaurant staff also thanks to you makemytrip i will never use your mmt now this one is last First a fall Staff behaviour was not good they treat only that person who booked by there hotel side and the people who book with MMT they are not giving respect And then breakfast was Very bad they are having only 2 items where taste is very bad I think road side breakfast was good then Milinia breakfast And then resturant staff also waited me approx 1 hours like that no one giving me food i am with my family and friends And check in 2 pm but they give me 4 clock then because there is no ac working and then no refrigerator toilet also not clear no dentalkit Then i complain that to hotel they where waited me 2 hours And then Makemy trip customer care also not helped me i think i am not safe because MMT also not safe us they are not taking any action Thank you

Staff was very bad they treat like you are nothing they always treat good for directly hotel bookers not makemytrip customers breakfast was also very bad they waiting me 1 hour for that amd serve 2 option of food not cooked well

really good Hotel positional advantage if you want to go to ayodhya n by flight coming at lucknow ,quite reasonable Hotel, breakfast menu n preparation is 10/10 just awesome rooms are clean but little more clean would hv been better ,best part very accommodative as they allowed me 2 hours extrato stay after check out time ,swiming pool excellent ,staffs very cordial ,very prompt service ,ac too good and yne hospitality excellent I give 8.5/10 awesome stay

Some family claiming relatives of hotel owner were roaming and sitting in entire hotel common area and unnecessarily raising issues about sound coming from my room , they never asked me to slow down but directly given instructions to management to change my room ( clearly mentioning they are owners of this hotel )
