Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow

Disappointed with my stay. The check-in experience was poor and the staff seemed unorganized. The room was not in good condition and didn’t match the description or photos. Definitely needs improvement

Very good ambience, extremely helpful hotel staff. Really enjoyed the food and stay as well. Will def stay here if I have to visit Lucknow again and recommend to others as well.

Facilities of the property is ok location is excellent food is also excellent but the property is expensive and instead of 4 beers 🍺 per day in the package they charged me for the beer also I forgot my mobile charger in room no 822 during check out no assistance was provided .

The connectivity to key areas of the city is excellent. I particularly appreciated the beautiful views from the room windows, which added a refreshing touch to the stay. 🍽️ Food & Dining The food was absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of options available across meals. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering both local and international choices. The quality and taste were consistently good throughout my stay. However, I did notice that service delivery during breakfast could be improved, especially in terms of support for elderly guests. My parents faced some difficulty in getting timely assistance, which I hope the management will take note of. 🛎️ Service & Amenities The hotel is well-equipped with all essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The housekeeping service was amongst the best I’ve experienced — prompt, courteous, and thorough. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, handled professionally by the front desk staff. That said, room service could be more responsive. There were occasional delays in attending to requests, which slightly impacted the overall experience. ✅ Overall Impression Fairfield Lucknow offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and quality. With a few improvements in service responsiveness — especially for elderly guests — it can truly deliver a five-star experience. Would I recommend it? Yes, definitely. Especially for business travelers and families looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable hotel with great food.

Front desk not cooperative 😊 complimentary F&B items were not from authentic brand rather they were pushing from their available loose items

1. Room was neat and clean, but the price felt quite high compared to the room size. 2. Food and service at the restaurant were good — staff were polite, well-trained, and professional. 3. Reservation counter staff were slow and seemed to lack complete knowledge about the available room packages. 4. The room included a complimentary offer of 4 pint beers to be served in a chilled bucket, but instead, it was served in four small glasses — the quantity appeared less than 4 pints. 5. Overall, the stay was good but could be improved further to make it a more delightful experience.

Property located at prime location, service , quality of food is excellent. Hospitality is on the next level, staff behaviour is excellent.

first night bed was terrible perhaps needs a change of mattresses etc 2nd & 3rd night got a room below their gym whic apparently is open 24×7 ; had to call front desk every 30 minutes to get it stopped but of no avail never again
