Great location Delicious food Awesome facilities

hotel struggling to provide basic like bath towels and out of 4 days one day bathroom taps were dry.... on arrival washroom was stinking and a few mosquito like things also bothered my kid a lot. breakfast was never available at 0800 as advertised...

It’s a nice stay at CH4. Very close to Dal Lake and amenities up to the mark.

Property is at a good location. nice and cleans rooms. fast frontdesk response. food quality is good too

No any facilities provide by hotel such as warm water,wifi services, dinner bill and so many problem.

The rooms were dirty, cockroaches were roaming, unwashed towels. Room service was not allprompt, they had only 1 house keeper. Even after dinner being included no buffet was available, they offered ala carte but not all options were available. And we were informed about the non-availability only ahead of serving. Breakfast was below average.This is was a sad experience .

Everything was good, location near to main Road, food & staff behavior also good. Hot & Cool AC working well.

the owner of this hotel is also the founder of REAL KASHMIR FC, a top tier football club in India. good hotel, good rooms, very helpful staff, very pleasant stay, good location, highly recommended!!!

Great Stay, great central AC, goooood facilities great mountain view from window, quality stay, safety and security was upto next level, no need to worry at all, you can book for your friends and family

Good quality hotel . Room is excellent. Heating and cooling centralised. Only problem is not open windows for ventilation

Hotel at main highway so market is far from hotel, room and service is good but preferably for non vegetarian

Hotel CH2 offers absolute value for money. We stayed there with family and it was a very comfortable stay. Location of the hotel is good, food is awesome and staff is quite courteous. Rooms are spacious and offer all required amenities. As an improvement, WiFi connection can be more stronger.
