My booking confirm but hotel closed and lock only hotel name bord no staff no room no hotel totally waist money and time

First of all it’s not a hotel it’s looks like a haunted house, i wasn’t stay there that night. All though they denied to refund the amount but its was mm t team they provide me at least 500 r/s as a voucher. Terrible experience i was requested to mm t to duelist this hotel from their page otherwise reputation of mm t will ruin.

Worst ever had this kind. I didn't stay since the place is a office old complex even with no light to claim b stairs. And i didn't get chance to even cancel. I lost booking amount due to this

It is the most terrible experience for us. It is located in the unhygienic place and the staying room is very dirty and not possible to stay with family. Without a lift we go on the 5th floor with a carry bag and baggage and after visiting the place we return to another hotel. It is totally undesirable to make my trip

We stayed here for a night and had a series of problems starting from check-in. 1. No hotel board to locate the hotel 2. Hotel was locked at the time of check-in and no one answering the calls 3. We waited for check in for one hour after a lot of to and fro 4. Hotel at 4th floor of an ancient horrific building without a working lift. 5. No help to pickup the luggage 6. No proper staff 7. Rooms were extremely bad and unhygienic. Not sure if there was a quality check done to approve this place to be opened for accomodation 8. Washroom was like a public toilet 9. Ac wasn't working, mattress was torn, bed sheets were dirty and stinking 10. No electric kettle and hot water in washroom 11. Plumbing problem in bathroom 12. The above was priced at 3000 inr per night and the actual value should be 500 inr this place is not meant to be opened for accommodation till there is a renovation done.

Need the invoice for my stay. The stay was good and the service was nice. But no lift

Very old building non professional.

When I visited there, the bathrooms were messy. We were allotted room no. 4 and 6, however, on arrival, they shifted us to room no. 2 and 7 which were not in good condition and interior was also cheaper than room no. 4 and 6. The bathrooms are in very bad shape, not cleaned. I'd better go for a hotel next time than this guest house.
