Rooms are okey but dirty barthroom and also commode is broken

Room with cockroaches and breakfast is tea and cake, no keys for room. This is not at all fair price fr the room

Food was okay, the room was very very dingy, everything was broken, food was okay, there are cigarette burns all over the bedsheets, very unclean. Not worth the money at all.

I was on a one day transit in kolkata. The hotel perfectly matched my requirements. The location is excellent. The rooms and bathroom were up to the mark. Staffs were also good. Good.

The standard double Room size is very small. No space for movement in the room. Chairs are broken. Basin tape is not working properly. Wash rooms are looking dirty. Exhauster is not working. Only provided a king size bed and called it a standard double room, which is actually ok for singles. The lights inside the room are golden which is actually hectic for the eye. It is suggested to advertise the hotel's room by uploading recent pictures of the hotels. Do not show inauguration pics of the hotels which look very classy.

Bad experience Washroom was dirty Bedsheet was torn

this property is not recommended for stay..the food was not available at the property. cleanliness was terrible..the door mat was stinky n smelly..there was no sink, no shop,no shampoo inside bathroom. tv was no available in the room, they promised to fixed the tv next day which was not fixed till the check out.

Owner/Management of this property is cheating with the visitors by showing good quality but infact the property is not suitable for short-stay. Price of the property is so high in comparison to its features.

Hotel maintenance is very very poor ,minimum essential items like towel, katel, kitchen service not available. our paid breakfast they can't provide for my 90 years mother before 8.30 AM All are very Very bad.
