Very poor staffs service and they are not well behaved and they are not at all understanding. Our problem, asked for keeping the luggage but simply they are watching, not helpful at all, even they are not responding, total worst, never ever go for this. Thank you.

The standard double Room size is very small. No space for movement in the room. Chairs are broken. Basin tape is not working properly. Wash rooms are looking dirty. Exhauster is not working. Only provided a king size bed and called it a standard double room, which is actually ok for singles. The lights inside the room are golden which is actually hectic for the eye. It is suggested to advertise the hotel's room by uploading recent pictures of the hotels. Do not show inauguration pics of the hotels which look very classy.
