Excellent Stay

The hotel had arranged for our pick up and drop at the airport. We were promptly picked up and at the hotel our room was upgraded without any extra charge. The room was very comfortable though we could spend only a few hours. Would recommend this place for night halt. Rate 5/5

Terrible Experience – Left After 4 Hours

The room was in terrible condition — dirty, with broken items, rat-torn sugar pouches and sugar spilled on the table. Dust was everywhere, and the bathroom looked like a public toilet. The pillows were dirty and seemed unwashed. Even though I had booked for one night, I checked out after just 4 hours.

Wonderful staff! Room size was large for a city hotel! Hotel was clean and beautiful. The View was a fantastic experience, Freddy was personable and friendly! The location is centrally located for our activities and the views were cool! Our room was located in on first floor. Can’t wait to be back for Thanksgiving!

Just ok for a day stay but not recommended

Hotel is too noisy even at 3rd floor as well. If you’re coming from abroad and want to relax because of jet lag then it’s not recommended. All the day there are folks on floor walking and talking including cleaning staff and other noise. Food is also not recommended they should change one of their male receptionist he gives rude vibes all the time as receptionist should have smiling face and good vibes.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. While the good part was the food quality and promptness of serving them, need improvement on house keeping section. You have to keep following up on things that are committed as per room 's category. Also, reception people 's needs to be more professional. There is issue with transparency specifically while you are booking via app like mmt. Food quality is exceptionally good and quantity is more than sufficient. Cab services are also very good.
