Review Of Hotel Annamalai

My total booking amount through MakeMyTrip is Rs.23820, but they have given me a gst bill of Rs. only 16k. The person in the reception is not properly responding to our queries. The power in the room is getting short frequently. Also the breakfast they are providing is below par.

Very worst Breakfast and the rooms are not clean

Property location is good near Mattudhavani bus stand and even Anjappar chettinad restaurant is located in this premises only if anyone want to visit Kalazagar temple just 10 kms away, why I am giving average rate means we booked for 4 people but they just provided double occupancy room not even considering the pax

the location was very easy accessible and the food was top notch, the service in the hotel was also really appreciable

Bathroom taps were rusted. Changed the room. Next room ac was noisy. Changed the room again. Third room was good. Complementary breakfast was very good. Staff were obliging and supportive.

The hotel has a peculiar way of calculating the staying period. Hotel calculates this from the exact time you check in to check out. In this case i had missed my scheduled train so landed up 7:30am of the next day. So the first night i actually didn't occupy the room. Second night of the occupancy the hotel called me and reminded me that i had to checkout at 7:30 am, which was their way of calculating 24 hrs, where as i had actually paid till second day noon. I had to do all the explaining and then they agreed. Room is neat and so also the toilet, breakfast food provided was decent.

Worst place to stay. The worst service & food . I would never suggest anyone to stay here . Too pricey for old furnishings & smelly room . Also they collect extra charges . Rude receptionist. Total red flag 🚩

We stayed on the day of pongal and they provided sakkarai pongal which was delicious. The room was neat and clean.

Located in the prime area. Rooms were well maintained. Service was good. Food was average. Car parking is there but the space is congested.

More convenient as restaurant and bar are attached and nearer to bus stand for travel. Decent stay clean washroom and all the ways nice and comfortable. Restaurant is nice as it is anjappar. Chettinad style i always like the best.

When we stayed that day frequented power cuts at room. Also the receptionist attitude is very bad.

Pathetic beds, stinking hallways, non responsive front desk, ac not functioning properly please avoid this hotel

Horrible stay, unresponsive staff dinner was not served. I would not recommend anyone to stay here
