The stay was great with decent food. The room was clean and spacious and had most of the basic amenities. The host owner is a great guy, very supportive and active and the service was good too. It's a little far from mg but is accessible by taxi.

Delayed service and average rooms not worth the penny in gangtok but the staff is sweet and friendly

15 minutes distance from snot bus stand. Average food. View from terrace is good. Behavior of owner and staff good. Room small.

It has a very nice view of gangtok city, it is located on nathula pass road (2nd mile) it is 4 km away from mg marg which may lead expense to enjoy mall atmosphere. Food is aswm and here staff behaviour is best in all way. Thukpa, momo must try menu.

Food was good 👍 View was loved 😍 But many basic stuffs was not there 😕

Pros: 1. Awesome view from the terrace or balcony 2. Food is good taste wise and affordable rate. 3. Staff behavior is very good 4. If you don’t like crowd, then the hotel is good for you. Cons: 1. Very far from gangtok mg road market. You can get share taxi that will charge rs 200. 2. There is no other option of food nearby. 3. Rooms are very average. 4. Economy room there is no view.

The only thing is, there is a problem in booking multiple rooms. If you're traveling solo, it shouldn't be a problem, but if you're booking multiple rooms you should probably use another. They are very accommodating once you get there, and luckily they had extra rooms available, but having booked 3 rooms the booking on their end was only for one room. Apparently, they’d had this problem before a few days prior to our arrival. So, when it comes to Great Eastern Valley Residency they are definitely a great place to stay,

in this hotel great eastern valley residency the management was very good and friendly .they supported us a lot and iam fully satisfied. please encourage this management

I will go again this property as their behaviour were too good, hotel was good, food was good. I just love it.
