the location was very nice, we had a very great view of the mountain and nice big trees. the food and service were very good as well.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly would confirm your checkin before hand via call. Hotel was neat and tidy with 24 hour water supply and wifi..Had good experience staying in this property..fully recommend to traveller going to gangtok.

It's a very far from the MG marg road, but while searching for staying in near MG marg why this property was showing I don't know. Property owner did not responsible for anything at all, specifically in cleaning the room and providing fresh towels and all after requesting in morning while going out tours. Overall I won't recommend it for stay there.

They are some of the most humble and genuine people we’ve ever met, always ready to help without any selfish motives. The hotel is a bit away from M.G. Marg, but the peaceful surroundings make it a perfect retreat. Plus, they assist with cab and guide contacts, making travel easy and hassle-free. And the food—simply outstanding! Nirupan Da’s cooking was a highlight of our stay, with every meal tasting just like home-cooked comfort. If you're looking for a place with heartwarming hospitality, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere, Matina Regency is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
