no proper service also..blanket was smelly with lots of hairs and no any , facilities like chair , mirror, iron , hair dryer or anything. the food was served so cool and the room was in pathetic condition but the staff were good.

it's a budget hotel. 2 minute walking distance from MG Marg. Room is clean & good toilet and bath. Manager is very good person & cooperative... They can manage car and permit for Nathula within minimum budget....Very Good hotel

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to reach, close to major attractions. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Food was delicious with good variety and the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Amenities like WiFi, hot water, and housekeeping were up to the mark. Safety and hygiene were well taken care of, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Well it was a pre-booking which took non-refundable money. The app gave me two numbers none of them got replied or initiated. The check in timing was 2 pm but the hotel failed to be flexible to check in at 10 pm.

The first room which they provided us was very small just two steps to walk after the bed inside room and also blanket felt to be dirty and a bit smelly with no blanket cover. Room had no fan no ac and many mosquitoes, then we complained and got shifted to another room which was little spacious than the earlier one and no mosquitoes but blanket condition was more or less same and without blanket cover.

Upon entering the property the hotelier took us to a room at room no301 and 302. The room was stinky with zero maintenance. The blankets were dirty. upon asking the hotel guys to provide alternative room , they behaved with arrogance saying that this are cleaned properly and in alternate you may be provided with dirty blankets and rooms. Rooms were filled with mosquito and insects. upon asking to give a mosquito repellent they told that they do not have this. Such a property with zero maintenance is really waste of money. Strongly not recommended.
