Review Of FabHotel Rikhila's Regency - Ranipool

The room was filled with spiders and cockroaches, i killed atleast 7 of them.. the walls were damaged and they gave us two different types of rooms even if we paid for 2 same type of rooms.. the tv was also broken... we didnt get any kind of assistance from the people after dinner... they werent even responding to our calls...it was probably the biggest scam i faced and im utterly dissatisfied..

It was a horrible experience. The room was just a mess.. no power backup was there..and the electricity was also out at the night for a longer time. Intercom was not working. So for every requirement I had come to the reception. Stuff were not able to understand Hindi or English. Also they were asking for OTP though I have shared my booking ID but still they were knocking on the door and disturbing in the morning. Food quality is poor. People were shouting till 3 am in the morning. Cockroach were there in the room.

I can stay for one time, it's average, There is no route shown to reach the hotel reception because the reception is on the first floor directly.
