Hospitality and food was excellent. Rooms are spacious and at an affordable price. Cleanliness was good. Overall staff good and coordial.

Very bad experience, staff behaviour is very bad. Room is very smell

The room is not at all cleaned, bedsheet were very dirty we asked them to changes but they denied, flooring was Uncleaned, the whole room smelled terrible, food was great but other service was very poor, kindly don't visit for a saty you can refer the food but room service is very poor.

Everything is good except wifi, it's not working properly, beside that there is a mobile network problem inside hotel

The room we booked had a bad smell so we had to upgrade to executive room which cost us 2000 inr extra. Food was limited and expensive

Excellent stay with good room service and cooperative staff.

No handwash and shampoo. Towels were dirty , they dont even have common iron box . Untidy rooms, they dint provide us even if we requested, brush and toothpaste was also not given on request . Very bad experience

Not cooperating with guests, even not any facilities for children, no breakfast available outside food not allowed

There was no wifi in the room. when asked to shift the router and room, manager simply said you can change the hotel and it was night that time. But then we compromised within that room as it was difficult to change suddenly at night. I would never recommend any of my friends to stay at she e punjab gangtok. I dont have images.

Property location is near to MG road, Food at thé restaurant was too yum. Staff is very friendly. Clean & hygienic place to stay.
