We recently stayed at your resort for two nights, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues related to our booking and the quality of the room provided. We had booked a Superior Room with a Pool View as per their inventory. However, upon check-in, we were informed that no such room was available. The staff mentioned that they had not received any information about this specific request and that all pool-view rooms had already been allocated to other guests. The room offered to us was located in a poorly maintained corner, with conditions that were far below acceptable standards. It was evident that the room was not cleaned or maintained properly. When we requested a refund so that we could move to another hotel, the staff refused, stating that refunds could only be processed. We contacted customer care, but despite multiple discussions with the hotel, no resolution was provided. informed us that a decision regarding the refund would take 48 hours. Left with no alternative and considering it was Christmas season with tired family members and kids, we had no choice but to stay at the resort. On the second day of our stay, after persistent requests, we were finally moved to a pool-view room. However, the condition of this room was equally disappointing: The room was poorly maintained, with visible ceiling damage due to water leakage. The bath towels provided were dirty and unacceptable for guest use. What was meant to be an enjoyable family holiday turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite paying for two nights, the quality of service, room conditions, and lack of prompt resolution were unacceptable. We urge the resort management to address the following concerns: 1. Ensure rooms are maintained to a standard befitting the premium charges. 2. Improve coordination to avoid such discrepancies in future. 3. Train staff to handle guest complaints more empathetically and provide quicker resolutions. Our stay left us with frustration rather than joy, and it greatly impacted our family’s holiday experience. We hope the management will take our feedback seriously and work towards improving the guest experience for future visitors.
