Good Stay
Room was okeish. Had a bad smell of fungus and dust. Toilets were clean. Breakfast was decent enough.

It's decent value for money hotel, but by view or/scenic point of view it not good. Decent room service, cleanliness, but breakfast is not up to the mark. There is a problem with dining in, you have to go out and search hotel

Poor Stay
Hotel is not good...no kitchen, complementary breakfast will come outside...not satisfied for staying here.

Excellent Stay
The accommodation was neat, clean and good, in city, people are very kind and supportive, it is very economy and comes with complementary nreakfadt for this price. Treebi is maintaining good standard across coubtry, i had a good experience with a Treebo accommodation in Pune kast year. Thanks to Treebo & Makemy Trip for suggesting this hotel.

Good Stay
Rooms were clean, I stayed there for three days, but room service was done only once. Staffs were very kind and humble. I liked the breakfast part, even when I didn't get up on time staffs use of keep breakfast aside for me. That was sweet. Overall, great experience.

Dirty, Mismanaged and complete scam
If there was an option to give negative stars, this place would easily get -100. Calling it a “hotel” is an insult to the word itself. This is more like a dirty roadside lodge run by people who have no clue what hospitality even means. Management? Non-existent. The only thing they manage well is finding new excuses to squeeze extra money out of guests. Pathetic! Bathroom? Don’t even think about it. No hot water, no bath kit, just a stinking box. It feels like they’ve never heard of cleanliness in their life. And the biggest horror – cockroaches everywhere! Found them crawling on the bed and shockingly in the food they served. Yes, you read that right – cockroach-flavored dinner! This place is a health hazard and should honestly be shut down by authorities immediately. Staying here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. If you value your money, health, and sanity – stay far, far away from this disgusting dump!

Limited breafast, with one vada and two dosa, their was frequent power cuts, geyser wasn't working, had to manage by kettle water

Good Stay
The property was located well near to the major view point and with in 1 km distance to some good restaurants as property doesn’t have own restaurants they arrange breakfast from outside which was limited but good in taste but can be little elaborate. It was a nice stay staff was polite and owner was helpful. Rooms were spacious but have some smell because of heavy rains. Ober all decent property to stay if you are on a budget
