Location and room is good but i had opted for breakfast and paid for it and they didn't provide breakfast will you refund the breakfast money?

We stayed in bot a royal for 3 nights. Our stay was wonderful: airy light-filled and big room with a balcony. The manager was very friendly and concerned about our wellbeing. Could not have been nicer. Do was the night watchman. The location was very good with easy accesability of the golden temple and the monasteries. Can highly recommend it. The water bottle in which they keep water was full. Of dust. The room. Was smelly. Hygiene is an issue

Bathrooms are not clean, water gets clogged. Prices are too higher for the given facility. Also first homestay booked was cancel-led and didn't inform us.

The rooms were not clean, the ac was not functioning and also the gyesar was non functional in the bathroom. Horrible horrible exprience. Interacting with the mm t customer care was also very bad. You guys give a deficient service and have nothing to provide for the customer. Useless bunch

There was an issue with the rooms allotment. Later they changed us to better rooms. The washroom could have been cleaner. The property didn't have any arrangements for bonfire, etc. And no balcony as well. Over all it was an average stay. But okay, decent having said that, i've paid almost the same tariff for better hotesl.

Manager is very friendly and helpful. Room is well maintained and easily reachable. Private spacious parking.

I was cheated and given a room below the rate of booking. Pols remove the hotel from your list if u want to gain the viewers preference. I lost inr 3000 due to the foolishness of the manager of beta royal

Hotel is ok, its a oyo property with dull ambience. Rooms have damp walls.

Room is neat, tv is there - dish not working, food facilities - not available, ac is there - but remote was not been provided saying the room booked ac is not included. After shouting at showing the facilities remote was handed over by the room sevice - quoting "i'm giving this remote now and manager would let you know at checkout whether extra payment might be charged or not" dental kit - asked for a kit, they showed a bunk shop to buy on our own.

Not worth for the Money. Wifi connectivity is not good. No proper Mobile signal. Ambiance is also not up to the mark. Bed sheets are not clean.

Best place to live near Coorg it's near to Golden Temple. Rooms are very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Room service is very fast. Security is good.

Location is good. Rooms are spacious. TV with most of the channels available. Bathroom is medium size, clean and geyser available. Clean hotel compound. Nearby nothing much available. If you have your vehicle, 5-10 minutes away. They don't serve food but you can order. But wherever they order from, that's not good. Basic things they need to take care are. A proper mat to wipe foot, provide water bottles at least.

The rooms are excellent, don't expect service, if you can do without breakfast and just need to spend a night this place is great.

Location is little interior, proximal to Golden temple. Very well maintained and friendly staff. Spacious room and clean bathrooms. In house restaurant not present.
