Facilities were good but fan was not there n some switches were not working

The hotel is not what we expected and it is very far from the main town like madikeri. The room is untidy.

I booked a single room and they give you a single room that's it. The owner is nice, he gave me an extra pillow as requested. However i didn't like the rooms because they are too small, and they don't even have a jetspray in their washrooms. I am not satisfied by the amount charged for such basic services. Big let down from makemytrip

location is great. very near to bus stand. food was good. tasty and portion was also sufficient. cleanliness is the biggest concern. no water in flush in the morning. no faucet for commode.

The stay is good but only thing is hotel located upstairs of liquor shop our main concern is if we are taking family we’ll feel little unsafe but staffs are really polite and good our overall experience is not bad

Very terrible

Hotel people did not provide the towel shop and even basics as well. No parking available and they asked me to park my car in main road which is not safe. And over all stay i did not like it. They will need to improve a lot.

Few things i would like to mention. 1. It was not a hotel, it was a lodge. 2. No jet in washroom, no soap in washroom, no wi-fi. 3. No telephone to call for room service. 4. No lift. Just a room with washroom attached with it, doesn't come under hotel.

Room was not cleaned, food was hygienic, bathroom facilities were not properly working, bedsheets were dirty, there were blood stains under the dustbin. Overall a very dirty place

I would not take away the best parts. 1. Courteous staff. 2. Clean rooms. 3. Quiet business area. 4. Bar and restaurant down the hotel. 5. Towels and soaps provided. 6. Hot water from 6 to 9 am in the toilets. Imagine you are jack from the titanic. We traveled from bangalore to mysore (had some fun time with kids and then drove up to somwarpet just to spend the night. Being a universally "no booking available" day since it was good friday, we had to settle to what we got. The price list displayed in the hotel was far less than what you find. So, maybe you should call the hotel and confirm before checking. Not the best of places but if push comes to a shove, you dig into this place for a blissful sleep.

The view from the terrace of the hotel was fabulous.
