Terrible Stay
It was a terrible stay @ this property . Rooms are too small. We had issues with availability for hot water. There were wet clothes put out side the room. Breakfast provided in another property, and it was very poor by quality and varieties.

Property is not good , bathroom was disgusting ventilator was open , bed was not cleanliness .. But food was good at breakfast

my first worst experience
very listing. basic price offer price us to book this place. very ordinary place, without AC and proper ventilation. as we entered we found bugs on the floor and immediately called MMT customer service experience to share our feedback and also asked to cancel our booking for day 2. we actually did not stay in this hotel at all. it was supposed to be a deluxe room with city view but 104 allotted to us was a dungeon with only wall view of neighbouring property made it even worse. still awaiting our confirmation on cancellation and refund . since we vacated the property within one hour after talking , we could not take any pics the property owner agreed to make refund, treebo also spoke to me and agreed to make my refund for day 2. only is sleeping on the issue and every time a new person calls me and asks for full details

Great place to stay very supportive staff, Asmal, Rajeev were ery helping and supportive. They have very clean rooms. Food is also good here. overall a good stay.

Excellent Stay
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel staff & the receptionist who received us were very delightful and helpful at all times. The room along with the washroom was clean with all basic amenities inside. Also the complementary breakfast which was served was delicious and saved as a lot of time that morning rather than going in search for other hotels for breakfast.

One of the worst room in madikeri. If you are really disparate and are not getting any hotel in whole madikeri then please choose this hotel. There is no ac in any of the rooms in the whole building. And no ac in the hotel regalia grand which near to this hotel as well. And this time the it was very hot here in madikeri. No direct hot water line present, geyser were not working. Tvs were not working. Booked 2 rooms for 5000 for one day. Fans were not placed above the bed but instead placed in the empty place not sure for why even bothered to have fans in the rooms. Asked to change the rooms for extra money but they didn't give it even though they had better rooms available. Asking for 3000 - 4000 extra.
