My stay at the Cranganor was amazing. We originally planned on staying there for a night but extended it for another night as we all loved the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable, pool so clean and food was delicious. All dishes were made from scratch only after we ordered. Especially the seafood tasted amazing.

When planning our trip, we wanted a destination that would create beautiful memories - especially since this was our babymoon. With a few travel restrictions due to health conditions, we were looking for a peaceful and safe escape, and Cranganor turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we connected with them until the time we left, everything was simply wonderful. The warm welcome, the refreshing drink, and the stunning heritage-style property immediately set the tone for a serene and cozy stay. The interiors were both luxurious and inviting. Surrounded by lush greenery, towering trees, and the soothing sounds of nature, it felt like a true retreat for any nature lover. The lakefront views from our room added to the dreamy experience, making it a perfect staycation spot. We stayed in the Yellow and Blue Room, which featured a Jacuzzi - an absolute delight! The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a premium feel, with top-quality toiletries provided. Cleanliness and comfort were given top priority, ensuring a truly relaxing stay. One of the most memorable highlights was the candlelight dinner by the lakeside, a beautifully arranged experience that made our stay even more special. Above all, the hospitality at Cranganor was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had the best time. For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway away from the chaos of life, this place is an absolute gem. It’s worth every penny, and we would highly recommend it for a rejuvenating staycation!

Thr location is very Picturesque. Quite place, away from the city. Serves some authentic Kerela cuisine. Clean and tidy property. Excellent service by the staff.

Average stay. Good view. Cannot substantiate the quality of stay with the price. The staffs were cordial. The food is just average.

Hotel is expensive in terms of offering. The location and property is excellent but lacks food served. They should consider more options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall good experience due to its location and hospitality

What a great property, location is really nice, ambience 10/10 Rooms - 100/10 extraordinary. Food- delightful. Others-you can spend entire week there without getting bored and without going anywhere.this is a combination of peace and pleasure. I highly recommend this property for stay in cochi, 25 minutea away from cherai beach in day time. Staff- each and every person in their staff will definitely interact with you, and you will find each one of them very helpfull and supportive. Once you enter in their property their hospitality starts at the very same moment. You will love the way they greet you, the way of talking is very nice. Staff is supportive and sweet. I dont know whether owner themselves come to welcome everyone or it was just for me they came to greet at the time of checkin. So overall rating 100/10 Must recommended for any age group. Their pool is superfun, awesome

We stayed 2days there, rooms are excellent with heritage touch everywhere but amenities are up-to-date. Food and service was excellent. We got our bengali alu bhaja too on request. Scenic beauty was breathtaking. Total resort was hygienically maintained. A boy named amal was very nice and helpful. For relaxing in beautiful nature it is absolutely worth.

The experience starts beforebyoubreach the property. They called us to understand our arrival time and shared menu with us so they can prepare for our meal. Once there, the vibe of the place is unmatched. There are 7 rooms, all have a unique and beautiful interiors and all. If them have either access to the garden overseeing the river or have a view of the river. We opted for massage sessions and meditation sessions, both were a great experience. In emergency, when we had to rush to a clinic nearby, they were prompt to book cab, which arrived in 10 mins, their staff accompanied us to the near by hospital, helped us with local language issues. All their meals were delicious. The south indian meal at breakfast has to be notably mentioned. A special thanks to mr sakriya, who took care of all our requirements- made sure we have a brilliant stay and for helping us out at hospital.

This is a one amazing property they have got here, it is a perfect getaway for a vacation. I was very much impressed by their hospitality they provide and they are also way too much kind and polite. The food in here is soo good, where u have plenty options to decide upon, and they offer fresh catch and well cooked sea foods. The rooms were very well maintained and was comfort at the most. Overall i would give it a 10/10 for cranganoor!

The property is much better than the photos. The staff is lovely, the food is delicious, and the location couldn’t get any better. Our room opened to a pool, which was just beside the backwaters! the drive from kochi is lush green and beautiful too! definitely would recommend!

My husband booked this resort for our anniversary & I wondered why did he book at resort so far from our place(Gujarat to Kochi. He told me that he read about it & found this in top 10 trip advisor ratings. I was still skeptical till the time I entered this property. The breathtaking view, the calmness, warm welcome by the staff & our room, made the travel totally worth it! we have travelled to so many places & so many hotels but the hospitality of the staff at Cranganor was just out of the world, very very commendable! The team, Justin, Jeevan, Josey, Shreeshan & others, was excellent! They were always on their toes & took care of each small thing & request. They went out of their way to arrange things for us from far off places. Anything related to the room & it would get solved within no time. Rooms were just fabulous! artistic neat clean n extra spacious, bathroom was every bit clean n tidy. The best part was they ask your food choices & offer you freshly cooked delicious meals on your time. Their Chef is the best! We loved the food so much that I actually learnt a few recipes from the chef n he was more than happy to teach me. Right from North Indian to Chinese to Punjabi to Keralian South India Veg n Non Veg, each dish was fantastic, just so delectable! Jeevan was always there at our service, arranging things for us since it was our anniversary, they specially arranged for a candle light dinner on the river front. The staff was too sweet to give us a surprise by getting cake n celebrating with us! There is never a No for anything that you ask for. They take extra efforts to do things for you making it a memorable stay! Away from city life, it's the perfect gateway for people looking for some peace with great view n location. Their entire staff right from house keeping to gardening is extremely meticulous n dedicated to their respective work.
