* room was clean. * staff were pleasant.

Towels, soap provided after demanding only.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot. The manager was so friendly and helpful. Nice rooms.

It is not a smoke free area. For family it is not ok

Room was less convenient. We have to ask them for hot water. Hotel staff was very cooperative. The location is heart of the City well commuted by all modes of transport. There are a number of small restaurants nearby for cheap and good food. Overall it was a good experience.

We loved the hotel. Its situated central of cochin and cleanliness and services good. We enjoyed one night here. They gave us good breakfast with coffee and providing bed sheet and water. Parking was safe

The very old hotel of 30 years as claimed by the management failed to meet my expectations and value for money. Though they charged for extra person the facility was not provided. Up on reaching the hotel it took 45 minutes to check in due to the issue of extra bed. MMT helped in resolving it. Definitely not a worth for families.

The hotel is in one of the best location in cochin. There is no restaurant but an Indian coffee house is just in front of the hotel. And the boat Jetty is also very near its the ferry station connecting the mainland to islands.

Booked four bed room for family. Very small room with bunker cot provided. No running hot water facility. Hot water provided in the morning in a bucket. No restaurant facility. No lift facility. Morning food is provided by bringing food from outside. To be considered only if budget is tight.

You just hike the prices online. The hotel prices are just 800 per night/day stay. You hike the prices and then reduce it to 1300 in the name of offers. PURE CHEATING AND FRAUD FROM MAKE MY TRIP. Don't use MMT its fraud.

What you book you don't get. I booked cottage room and I got small simple room and that also in a different property close by. Saying that MMT did not call us before booking it to you. It's MMT value category hotel. Be careful.

Average hotel, beds are not comfortable-its very hard. Breakfast was not served properly, missed items in that. Front office people are good and co-operative. Overall it was ok, if they change the beds, people can get good sleep, otherwise it feels like sleeping on rock.

Ok if you are staying 1 day. Bachelors accommodation is very much suitable. No restaurant available, no hot water available. Rooms are ok, breakfast don't choose as complimentary as they will buy from outside only.

Food not availed as there was a strike. Excellent location. Comfortable keeping in view the economy of the hotel. The cleaning can be improved upon. Good for a short duration stay or transit accommodation.
