Room is not clean

Location was excellent, near airport. But taxi charges was so much. though the property was near airport. But hotel stay was average, average for the price. Blanket and mattress were not that good. Toiletries were not that good but average. Staff were nice. Interior of the room was nice.

The rooms were okay but the ceiling fan was very noisy It sounds like an old horror movie. TV was there but not wires connected no remote nothing just a single tv. Telephone is there in the room but no connection I don't know why they kept those things if it's not working.

Near by good all connected

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. it's an old property, requiring a lot of maintenance, photos shown in the site are actually beautified version of the photos of the original property.. rooms and washrooms are very old..and not that clean

good to stay overnight. room is basic, clean, in Indian style. staff are very helpful, located very near to the Airport, with the cheap restaurants nearby.

ok aahnuu but room cleaning needs to improve and they are not providing water for drinking

Location very near to Cochin Airport, lot of parking space. No food in the but lot of restaurants near by. Bulding looks very old and requires maintenance. Rooms are spacoius, bedsheets pillows and towels are clean but looks old. Staffs are good and helpfull.

The stay at prince residency is an average room and tv is not working and good staff and have a good communication and there is no more problems

Room was smelly , no windows for room , its a old lodge , charging points are not working hotel was terrible , not good for ladies and couples

when I arrived at the hotel the bell boy approach me and helped to carry my luggage,and the receptionist also behave friendly,he offered me ground floor room that was very comfortable for me with my luggage.so I was so happy, thank you..

Location is okay. Amenities &Services- No maintenance, No water in flush tank, Intercom not working, TV not working.

Nearest hotel to airport. Comfortable place. Neat room. Nice behaviour of staffs
