Excellent Stay
It was great experience and good service from them. Had stayed there earlier as well but first time through MakeMy Trip and got great discount than direct booking.

Poor Stay
The location is good. I don't think they have a restaurant there. At first glance, the room looked neat and clean. But later i found a woman's long hair on the floor and inside the bathroom. The bedsheet was not white. It was dark blue. First time I'm seeing a dark shade bedspread. The mug inside the bathroom was filthy. I asked for a replacement and had to wait a long time when they brought another which was only sightly better.

Regarding the bedsheets, please note that the dark-colored bedspread is exactly as shown on the booking platform. As for the bathroom mug, it was fresh and clean, but when you requested, we still provided a replacement to ensure your comfort. We apologize if this caused you any delay. Good Stay
When I checked in, the room smelled a little of cigarettes. Apart from that, the service was excellent, except there is no restaurant there. Location depends on one's purpose. Thank you MakeMyTrip

I booked suit room as it is very budget friendly.but not satisfied.as it is suit room.the cot is big and mattresses they put was twin bed mattresses.it was an utter flop.and there is no mirror for getting ready.only washbasin mirror was there.hospitality was not good They don even help to take luggage as it is a service apartment.as a girl it is a horrible thing that staff was not helping to carry luggage.very bad service..

The Suite room is furnished with twin cots joined together and equipped with a king-size mattress along with a mattress protector for extra comfort. None of our guests in the past 6 months have reported any discomfort regarding this. Regarding luggage assistance, our staff is always available to help upon request. If this was not communicated properly during your stay, we sincerely apologize. We also wish to clarify that you were not alone during check-in, and this can be verified through your booking details. We regret that your expectations were not met, but we assure you that we maintain transparency by displaying accurate room photos and facilities across all platforms. Stay at D mirage was quit good. It was really good maintainenance and the people are available 24X 7 in case of any issue. I prefer this place to stay.
