Disappointing Customer Service and Unfair Charges
Our experience at this hotel was frustrating. Upon check-in, no staff assisted us, leaving us to navigate everything on our own. When we tried to open our room door using the key card, the room number plate detached from the wall-mounted fixture. We temporarily placed it back, but due to poor adhesion, it eventually fell and broke. We immediately reported this to room service, yet instead of understanding the situation, the management blamed us and attempted to charge an amount equivalent to a full day's booking. After multiple explanations and insisting they review the CCTV footage, they finally reduced the charge to 50%, which still felt unfair.
Additionally, the hotel refused to honor the 10% discount on food and beverages provided by MakeMyTrip, citing that it was informed too close to checkout. This lack of transparency and customer care significantly impacted our stay, and we wouldn’t recommend this experience to others.
