Excellent Stay
Heritage property with a history of 130 years. Hats off to the owners for maintaining the properly so well. Caretaker and the cook were welcoming. We had Puttu and kadala curry for breakfast. Everything we are was tasty. I would recommend this place

Authentic stay at The Mundanad Hous
The stay has been pleasant and joyful. Property's location is perfect, you can easily get rickshaw/uber for transit in the city. Manju cooked authentic food for breakfast and went beyond for my fasting diet on one of the occasion. Nikhil has been warm and welcoming. The hospitality has been commendable. The house has all the amenities one would require additionally it has authentic positive vibes. Stay is exactly same shown in pictures actually much better in real with essence of typical house in Kerala.

The quiet homestay with heart in the heart of TVM
soloThe Mundanad House, ARTHIYAYANI room, 3 nights, February 2025: The best posible rating for this homestay. Ambience and rooms: 100-year-old house stylishly transformed into a homestay with the charm of bygone times and all the amenities of today. Mosquito nets are installed in front of all windows. The spacious room was clean, as was the bathroom. There are no cleaning streaks to be found. Service: The house manager and an employee discreetly look after the well-being of the guests. Meals: daily varying breakfast with specialties from Kerala. An evening meal based on Kerala cuisine is offered for a fee. The house is located in a quiet side street; a few meters away there is a temple where you can switch off and forget about everyday life. Everything important is within easy walking distance.

Good Stay
The property is traditional but rooms are little cramped for my liking but d manager mr nikhil was very helpful and food served was delicious and authentic traditional absolutely loved it
