Poor Stay

I booked the room and reached the apartment after 15-30 minutes. I didn't see any apartment with the name honey serviced apartments. The apartment name was something different. I try to call them and someone picked my call and replied that they will not provide the room and i told him that i had booked the room just 10-15 minutes before but he disconnected. I tried to book some other hotel and after 15 minutes the same person called me back and told me that he got message. I again drove back to the same person and checked in. In the room only a single bed size sheet was there even though the bed is double size. The overall experience was very bad and i never rocomend this apartment for anyone

You booked room in Farhan's name and you produced an aadhar card with name 'Lanish' on it. Simply by saying 'Farhan' is your other name was not enough, how come we know who is real Farhan? How come we trust you without proper ID. Without proper ID we are not supposed to allow anyone in our property. Do you think insisting for ID was bad behavior? I think it was right to do from our side for security reasons.

It was nice staying at the property. The location of the property was a little bit difficult to find they should put a signboard over there. The room was neat and clean. The caretaker was very cooperative. It must be recommended to others.

The rooms are clean and employees are available whenever you need. Mr Manu- manager- to whom I interact helpful. You can reach Thampanoor or government offices easily from the hotel. The cooking vessels are provided in the kitchen.
