I would suggest to skip. Not at all value for money. The tiles in rooms were broken cleanliness was just basic with stains on bathrooms mirrors. Breakfast buffet just very very basic. Facilities do not justify the cost. There is weird stink at the hotel. There are better hotels in vicinity at much lower price.

We stayed here for a short time, but the service was excellent. All the staff, from the security team to the Manager, were very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are quite good for this price, and the food was also satisfying. During our stay, my daughter was unwell, and we wished to visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple for darshan. When the General Manager learned about our situation, he arranged a special darshan for us without us even requesting it. This thoughtful gesture was truly surprising and immensely helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Warrier, the General Manager, for his kindness, support, and thoughtful arrangements.

Before booking at Keys Hotel, I was with lots of confusion about my stay considering first time visit to Kerala. Finally, I booked and upon arrival to hotel and as soon as checked-in feeling was amazing in the context of cleaning, well organised, location, and with good food.
