The stay was good. One small feedback is Water Purifier if would be there it would have been better. After from that it is good place to stay

Great spacious rooms with good facility. Very Helpful staff. For additional needs like utensils and crockery items , you can ask the receptions and it will be provided. For food you can order from your favourite App like swiggy or zomato will be delivered to your rooms.

Had a pleasant stay at Down Town Holidays! The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite. We had a really late check-in around 1 AM, but the staff was present and welcoming even at that hour, which we truly appreciated. They also extended our check-out time since we arrived late. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

We didn't get wifi. We had to work and needed internet to connect on virtual meetings. But the internet was pathetic. Very poor bandwidth.

Property is located within the city's inner ring. It is a 2 bedroom facility with lounge and dining rooms.

It was smooth sailing from the beginning, staff is extremely polite and the 1bhk apartment is really spacious. I had a long stay and it felt like home.

Rooms where excellent. But not much toiletries except soap. Previously i had booked for 3 adults in other hotels and they had arranged bed for three. I expected here the same, but it was provided on extra charge although i did booking for three. Little disappointed with that. Manager was sweet and they had allowed us to freshen up in the morning before checkin.

Down town holidays is very good and hospitality by them was very best. Staff and the owner were very helpful in nature. It is near to railway station (approx 3 km, bus stand (which is opposite to railway station) and airport (approx 5 km. Hotel is near to padmanabha swamy temple and vinayaka temple (approx 2. 5 km. They don't have in-house restaurant, but they allow food bookings through apps like zomato and swiggy. I suggest this for both solo and group travelers including family.

Very convenient location within walking distance of the napier museum. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had no problem ordering food through zomato. Kitchen has a functioning refrigerator, electric kettle, and cutlery.

Very clean rooms, necessary facilities are all working and good. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Staff is also very friendly and is of great help. Exceeded our expectations by a lot.

Pros: good, well mannered staff neat & clean bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen located in the heart of the city cons: parking only for 3 cars at a time - so if you car, call them beforehand that you need car parking - they are trying to extend the car parking in the future a washing machine was mentioned but when i enquired about it, the caretaker didn't know - so it might be laundry service

Great place for family and friends. Owner is very much helpful and caring. We stayed for 3 days and it was a very pleasant stay for us. Thank you to the staff as well.
