familyThis is a decent home in the heart of the city but the actual house is much different from those in the pics. Have shared feedback with host to put up actual pics, sharing a plush ,elegantly furnished house and giving a normal, moderately furnished house is not a good attitude. You should give what you show. Having said that, all required amenities were there and house was clean. Some attention to lighting will be good - bathroom had only one dim light, other wasn't working. Kitchen area also doesn't have light. Being on 10th floor it is airy and sunny which was an advantage.

It is just like a flat in an apartment. No service at all. No system to have tea, breakfast. Intercom telephone not available to contact any one. It is very much surprised to have such a type of hotel without title name of hotel.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused . It is an apartment like your home and self check in option only available here . We have provided gas with almost all utensils , intercoms is there that you can connect reception any time (surprised why did you hide ) . My staff came there and explained it . Unfortunately you two senior citizens not satisfied anything as you expected it’s a 3 star hotel . And we called and message you many time for knowing your convenient breakfast time . Not responded. We arranged your breakfast around 7.30am but that time you were ignored because it was late . You had your breakfast only after we begged . We are very sorry that we couldn’t satisfied as you expected . Thank you

The bathroom doors have holes on it. The walls have been corroded. Bed was untidy with no signs of cleaning after previous customer left. No soaps. Same handwash which has been used by several others. I had to leave the apartment after the owner agreed to make the refund. The next day he changed his plate. Refused the refund and didn’t care to attend the phone. Overall pathetic there are very bad people doing this business.

Dear Joseph Thomas and anu Sherin Jose , You are totally manipulated issues as you used around 2hr at mid night . And you had no cooperation with caretaker as well . We can solve the problems but if someone have other plans we can’t .

The apartment was almost brand new, and well maintained. Entry access was digital, and quite smooth. The owner was very flexible -i requested a late checkout, and he acceded without any hassle. I would definitely stay there again.
