The scarf was very cold, and nobody will listen to the issues you raise. They are least bothered for customer satisfaction. I availed the full body aerobic massage. It was pathetic. The ambience the room, the bed. Everything was of poor quality after completion of the massage they clean the body with 100 year old cloth. When these issues were raised, nobody was even interested to say sorry even once cold food was served even if you ask them 10 times they will still not come back to you. It’s a very bad and poor experience staying at this property.

First impression of the exterior of the hotel was great. But when you come into your room, it is clear the room needs updating. The bathroom had an unbearable stench. On the day we were checking out, one of the lifts wouldn’t work and another guest had to physically carry his luggage down. I wouldn’t stay here again
