Very comfortable beach side stay. Support staff and are very friendly and helpful. Has good space to chill out and relax. Location is also just a kilometer away from airport. Overall considering the price and friendly nature of staff, it was totally worth it.

The location of the homestay is superb. Very well maintained by owner. Owner is very polite and helpful. Staff is very courteous. Food is very delicious. It is adjacent to sea shore one can enjoy the sea breeze. The best part is there is no tv in rooms and there is ample space available, garden is there to enjoy your vacation.

businessThis budget hotel boasts a great location. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful; he even arranged a taxi for me upon my phone call before my arrival. I used the same taxi service throughout my stay, including my trip to trivandrum. The hotel's campus features a lovely collection of bamboo plants and is conveniently located within walking distance from the sea. While the on-site food facility was not operational during my stay, you can easily find dining options within a 300-meter walk or order food online

I would give 4 star review as the stay is top notch this stay is located close to the beach and airport i loved everything about this stay, but i was disappointed as the room was not cleaned and ready by the time we reached, check-in time is 12pm, we have reached at 1:10pm and after we reached the room was cleaned and we stepped into room at 1:45pm

Very comfortable and homely stay here at the beach side property. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is provided at nominal charges of 100 rs per person, access to beach is a big plus. Rooms are cozy. Also very close to airport.

coupleThe homestay presently has 2 rooms, one inside the main house, another adjacent to it with a separate entrance. We chose to stay on the adjacent one as we could have the liberty of a separate entrance and come and go easily without disturbing the house owners. The property is very close to the sea shore, one can hear the lullaby of waves while falling asleep. The main beach is also nearby, hardly 3 minutes of walk. The caretaker Sujit is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and bathroom was clean. There are few nearby restaurants/cafe including one cafe right on the beach. You can hire an auto for full day sightseeing of other attractions from here.

1. Too far from bus station, railway station and airport. Home stay situated in a very isolated place. No facility for food in sea side nor in the near vicinity. No facility for public transport near by. Room side too small and cramped.
