Very dirty beds and very unclean rooms had to pay extra 300rs and worst experience not value for money at all

Very good service, valuable money

Food is not available but services is good.

Comfort for one night stay for the amount paid.

Location is convenient if you have a bike or car. Average room with average facilities. There were complete power cuts twice during my 2 day stay here.

one of the worst hotel i have ever seen, no hot water , for hot water when we asked reception he given one Heater Coil. one heater coil he was distributing for all the rooms. ac was too much of noice doors are like if plastic one. Reception people were so rude, if we ask anything they were so arrogant to respond. not suited for family

Average stay. Need to improve their washrooms. They consider that guests are there for sleeping only. Other amenities are not required.

Rooms are ok. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. They didn’t charge you extra for early checkin. Location is easily accessible from technopark. Cons: bathrooms are not clean and lot of mosquitoes, all coming to room and bathroom thru ventilation hole.

Rooms are good. Reasonable rate compared to other stays in kazhakkuttam area. Staff behaviour is also good. Bathroom should have been better. It was not clean and because of that reason, not recommending for family

The property is 17km from railway station. Which is too much far from main city. At the time of booking the distance was shown nowhere and more over we were standing in front of our location and searching the location because they have putted no board also. You will not find a single person who knows about this nilastay bhavanam adjacent to this property.

Not feel good. I upgrade my room non ac to ac. And there is small insects inside the room and bathroom also not clean. They will not provide water bottle also. And the funny thing is the check in time is 2pm and the checkout time is 11am. Here our money for 3 hours is going waste. And if u want to checkin early u hve to pay extra money and for late checkout they are collecting 100rs for 1 hour. I don't understand wat is the terms and conditions and wat is the rules. And one more thing is very odd smell comes inside the room bcz of not open the doors for a longtime

Very bad service. So many insects inside the room. So difficult to sleep. If lights are on. All insects will come inside the room. Will not recommended for others.

I was informed by the hotel that there is no room available even after the booking was confirmed by make my trip. They had provided me a different hotel, however ac was terrible and had leakages. More the hotel had called me and asked me about the cost i paid to make my trip and was initially rejected my stay in the 2nd hotel since they told that the cost for ac room is higher. Overall it was a really bad experience especially hotel team calling and checking about the cost paid to make my trip before the stay. Didnt expect such booking experience from make my trip

Room was poorly maintained. Beds were dirty. All images in site are pretty old. Location is also very inside l, have to walk 1km to reach main road.

I stayed there for one night. It's not a luxury stay it's a normal stay. One soap was provided. No water bottle was provided.

Nice place silent and calm the staff is so good and their behavior is so good well cleaned we love it very much
