It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was well maintained. There were specific instructions and guidelines for each and every aspect of the stay, which we found quite amusing and helpful. The owner and the caretaker took extra effort to make us feel at home. They also did not bother to infringe our privacy. The location, security and the amenities were also quite good.

A decent stay We couldn't use anything as almost all time it was raining Rules are high as its an apartment Guide sent by Host I so detailed and clear , that you can see how much they love their property Mr Ajaya is nice person Very helpful Parking available nearby to thumba Beach, such a clean beach ⛱️ enjoy property is far and narrow roads and railway crossing is also their, you may get stuck like us, think we'll I'd you are with car, parking provided you will enjoy the experience

Clots of areas to improve. Building is very old and has not been renovated in a while. Worth for the price but not if you like your stay to be in a cleaner and well maintained place.

Near, yet calm

This is an apartment, almost halfway both ways in between the national highway and the beach. The kitchen has all the essentials, very meticulously planned. Very functional infra, no luxuries. There are shops in and around for all essential items. The overall apartment complex seems well maintained and secure.
