Terrible Stay

MakeMyTrip confirmed and accepted my original booking. After that, the property owner called and asked me to shift to a different location and a different property, which is much farther from the one I selected. When I reached, there was no caretaker; I had to search for the key and open the place myself. The rooms are shabby, smell of cigarette smoke, the bathrooms have no heaters. This is completely different from what was shown and promised.
